FAQ

Rival or Rival GTR?
The Rival is a compact rotary-motor unit with an integrated power supply: 30 kg per motor and 150 mm of pull. The Rival GTR uses two Champion-grade linear actuators on an adjustable tower for 45 kg each (90 kg total) — the stronger of the two.
Do I need a motion system to use it?
No. A belt tensioner works on a static rig, and it pairs well with a Champion or Legend system too.
What seat does it work with?
Any seat with harness slots on an aluminum extrusion cockpit. The unit mounts behind the seat and the included 5-point harness routes through it.
Is it PC only?
Yes. Vero Motion systems run through SimHub, which is PC software, so there is no Xbox or PlayStation support.
What warranty does it carry?
Three years from Vero Motion. If anything goes wrong, contact us first and we work the claim with Vero for you.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery; we email tracking as soon as it ships.
