Based in Northeast Florida, Simpatico Sim Shop started as a small side-project focused on sourcing, fixing, and refurbishing sim-racing gear. This quickly became an obsession as well as a quest to play with every piece of sim equipment we could find. In the summer of 2025, we kicked off our wildly successful eBay store, and just a few months later launched our webstore.
We built Simpatico because buying high-end gear often felt confusing, impersonal, and inaccessible. In order to buy equipment, new and seasoned sim racers alike face a formidable challenge consisting of extensive technical terminology, dizzying compatibility edge cases, and mixed fanatical bias.
We also realized that sellers and frugal buyers alike were on edge, forced to deal in marketplaces rife with scams and dishonesty. We saw an opportunity to help the sim community by being Simpatico. We want to engage and advise every customer so that they can confidently buy the right products, and at fair prices. Simpatico is all about “3-GP”: good products, good prices, and good people.

Founder & Thing-Doer
By day, he spent the last decade scaling early stage SaaS software startups, focusing on building scalable customer experience operations. By night, he's a motorsports junkie and sim-racing tinkerer who loves turning wrenches, writing code, and dialing in hardware.
"My only qualification is how I show up. I truly enjoy speaking with and taking care of every customer; whether they choose to buy from us or not. If I can't consistently provide an outstanding and trustworthy customer experience, then I have nothing else to offer the sim community. I’m here—friendly, approachable, (simpatico, even) and always down to exchange dad jokes and nerd out about cars and sim gear.
