Single-seater geometry

FAQ

Formula-R or GT-R?
Same R-Piston pneumatic brake in both. The Formula-R is a monocoque open-wheel frame with ultra-short travel for F1, F2 and prototype driving. The GT-R is the multi-discipline frame (GT3, rally, endurance) with the brake travel regulator and monocoque baseplate as standard. If you drive both kinds of car, the GT-R is the safer pick; text Jon at (904) 606-5888 if you're between them.
Does it need a rigid cockpit?
Yes — mandatory. The pneumatic forces will flex a wheel stand. 80/20 profile rigs and Sim-Lab, Trak Racer, GT Omega and ASR cockpits are all fine.
Two pedals or three?
The Formula-R ships as throttle + brake. For a clutch, add the SRP Clutch Kit at checkout; SRP pairs it with GT-R colour keys for the Formula-R.
What will shipping and import duty actually cost me?
Shipping is a flat $50 (or $110 on orders over $500) and is shown at checkout. Because the pedals ship from Spain, US import duty of roughly 10% applies on top of your order total and is billed separately — it is not included in the checkout price, so budget for it.
Does it work on PlayStation or Xbox?
Natively it's PC. Console use works through a third-party DriveHub adapter, which SRP doesn't supply.
