Is it in stock in the US?
Yes. Simpatico is SIMGRADE's official US importer and ships from Jacksonville, Florida. Shipping is free on both sets, and in-stock orders ship within 1 business day.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. We import the pedals and clear customs before they reach our shelf. The price you see is what you pay, plus any sales tax at checkout. Nothing is collected at your door.
Should I get the 2-pedal or 3-pedal set?
Most drivers start with the 2-pedal set. If you drive H-pattern cars or want a clutch for starts, the 3-pedal set costs $39 less than buying the 2-pedal set and adding the clutch later.
Load cell or hydraulic: what is the difference?
A load cell measures how hard you press, not how far the pedal moves, so you brake on pressure the way you do in a real car. The VX-PRO puts a load cell on every pedal and shapes the brake feel mechanically with its adjustable Dual Stage and four stiffness settings.
Will it fit my rig?
Each pedal mounts with four M6 bolts (not M8) on an 80 × 24 mm pattern. You need a rigid pedal deck, because a deck that flexes will soak up the feel at up to 90 kg of braking force. Not sure? Text a photo of your rig to (904) 606-5888.
Does it work on Xbox or PlayStation?
The VX-PRO is a PC pedal set. Console use is only possible through a third-party adapter, which we do not recommend or support. Racing on console? Text us and we will point you to pedals that work natively.
How hard is setup?
Plan on about 30 minutes. Tilt each pedal forward to reach the rear bolts. Plug the pedals into the controller (throttle right, brake middle, clutch left), connect the USB cable straight to your PC rather than a hub, then calibrate in SIMGRADE's Windows tool.
Are there any known quirks?
Reviewers mention three. The calibration software looks dated but does the job. The rear mounting bolts are fiddly, so tilt the pedal forward. A resting foot can register on the brake, so set a small dead zone at the top of the travel. We also suggest securing the USB-C cable with some strain relief.
How does the warranty work?
The VX-PRO carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty. As the US importer we handle claims and returns here in the US, so nothing ever ships back to Finland.
Can I add accessories later?
Yes. The clutch pedal, Tilting Heel Support, Side Support and Brake Kit V1 all bolt on later.
