Will it affect the force feedback?
Any extension adds leverage, so a longer rod will take a small amount of crispness off the very finest detail. At 15 cm on an ARES base it is a fair trade for getting your seating position right.
Which bases does it fit?
The Conspit ARES series. If you are running something else, ask us before ordering and we will check rather than guess.
Do I still need my quick release?
Yes. The rod sits between the base and your quick release, it does not replace it.
