Do I need the adapter as well?
Only if your wheel is a different bolt pattern to your quick release. If the pattern already matches and you just need clearance, the spacer alone does the job.
How much depth does it add?
Enough to clear a typical quick release or dash unit. Tell us what you are trying to clear and we will confirm it is the right part before you order.
Will it affect feel?
Any added stack introduces a joint, but at this thickness it is negligible for almost every driver.
